Pat has experienced diverse issues and has developed the ability to relate to common trials and struggles we all experience. She uses different therapeutic methods to support men and women to heal and return to love, reclaim their power and wisdom, find their passion and soul purpose, to live their truth and share their gifts with the world. She desires to help you face the present-day stressors and challenges of life which often result in negative self-beliefs that adversely affect well-being. Pat believes therapy should be interactive and engaging as well as a collaborative process to assist in identifying strategies and solutions. As your therapist, Pat will prepare you with the knowledge and tools to help you uncover insights to work beyond the pain and discomfort to find the rich and fulfilling life you deserve. Being unhappy for long periods of time is not a normal state of being!
Pat strives to help clients revive hope, gain insight, find meaning, express and cope with grief, relieve loneliness and decrease periods of anxiety and depression. Pat provides solution-focused, goal-oriented therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. She remains current on all aspects of mental health treatment by constantly engaging in
